TOO HOT TO KNIT COOL CAMISOLE!
I've just remembered why I don't knit all year round. It's hit 37 degrees over the past few days and knitting weather it is not. It's a great pity, because this delicious yarn and Watercolor Camisole pattern has arrived from Just One More Row.
The pattern looks interesting. The Ironstone Warehouse Flake Cotton yarn is knitted double in various colour combinations to create a diamond chevron effect.
In all honesty at the moment I think I would rather wear it than knit it. And as I can't do one without the other, guess I'm going to be clicking in the fridge with this one.
It's a nice and sunny 21C in London today! I think I'll be knitting socks this summer as they're small enough not to make me feel too hot....
ReplyDeleteThose you're doing just now look great ... gorgeous colours! Is the yarn fine enough to be comfortable?
ReplyDeleteYes, they're comfy! But take ages to knit on 2.5mm needles....still, you get lots of knitting for your money ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteWhere do you buy your Ironstone Flake Cotton Yarn? I can't find it online anywhere.

Summer 2006 I bought what you see in the blog from Just One More Row. There is a link if you would like to check them out. Bee
