Cream textured cardstock. Silver peel-off stickers. Teddy backing paper. Teddy & heart images to cut-out & layer. Silver cord. Double-sided adhesive tape. Glue.
Techniques:
Dry embossing. 3d decoupage.

Straight-edged scissors. Fancy-edged scissors. Emboss to Impress Romantic board and 6mm ball tool. Heart template.
