The sun doesn't always shine in Cyprus, and to prove it, here's a shot taken from outside the kitchen window this morning around 9.30am. The rain was bucketing down and we had to drive most of the way to Nicosia through it.That was the downside ... the upside is, that the downpour will have put a drop of water into Germasoyia dam, which feeds our village. It's very low just now after the long hot summer and is having to be replenished from Kouris Dam.
